Whoops! We have a problem

The application form is temporarily unavailable to some people while we try to resolve a glitch. At present it cannot take applications from people who are applying for the first time. If you are already a member of the North Norfolk Open Studios please press the button below and sign up using the same email address as you did before (otherwise it may not work). If you are a new arrival please drop us a line via the contact form and we will let you know when it is all working properly.

This page uses a backend function: newMember() from "backend/application"; memberStatus will need updating from "newMember2026", as will the reference to "looked2026"

  • Non-exhibiting artists are not allowed to display any publicity during the Open Studios that may lead members of the public to believe that they are actively participating in the OPen Studios event.
  • The artist's studio or exhibition space must be within the area defined in the map below - click on the map for an enlarged version. If you need further information please contact us.

  • The entry as a non-exhibiting artists will remain visible on the website until the closing date of applications for the Open Studios event in the following year (this is generally around December or January). You can renew your status at the time of the applications to the Open Studios event - or become an exhibiting artist instead.
The Form

Once you have entered your email address below and pressed ‘Start’ you can have a look through the form by using the ‘Back’ and ’Next’ buttons, alternatively you can just plough straight through it. It is not particularly demanding and there are notes along the way to help you. 

Your information is saved automatically as you go along and you don't have to complete the form in one sitting. Just pop your email address in again and everything will still be there.

Nothing is set in stone until you press the ‘Send Application’ button at the end (and even then you will be able to update your information from within the members’ area).

If you share this computer with another artist already on our database, it is generally a good idea to use a private browser window to avoid any cacheing issues (google it if that makes no sense) as sometimes the form won't work properly.

A few bits of guidance before you start:

PLEASE DO NOT PUT ALL THE INFORMATION IN CAPITALS!!! 

If you don't need to put anything in one of the optional boxes, leave it blank - do not put n/a or not applicable.

If you receive an error message when you press the final 'Send Application' button just go back using the back buttons on the page, make your corrections then try sending the application again.
