Jill currently has work in an exhibition called THREADS along with several other N.Norfolk Studios members at The Old Workshop Gallery Corpusty. THREADS runs until 21 September 24.
Using hand-dyed fabric Jill creates embroidered garments and accessories embellished with machine and hand embroidery, she also has hand-dyed fabrics and threads for your embroidery projects and can dye fabrics and threads to your requirements.
Jill has a special interest in traditional work smocks and likes to make baby smocks using traditional embroidery patterns.
For Open Studios 24 Jill will be:-
putting some fabric to dye each weekday morning,
working on free machine embroidery Saturday to Tuesday which will then be dyed later in the week,
then smocking and hand stitchery Thursday to Sunday.
