Wells-next-the-Sea

For the first time this year Wells-next-the-Sea has its own Trail comprised of 14 artists working across a wide range of disciplines, including collage, metalwork, mixed media, painting, photography, sculpture and textiles.

 

Seven of the artists will be housed in temporary studios in the Handa Gallery at the Wells Maltings, where there will also be a mini-taster exhibition featuring examples of everyone's work. The remaining seven artists will be opening their dedicated studio spaces across the town. All but one are within walking distance, so why not park up and spend a day leisurely exploring art in Wells as well as taking a short drive to Holkham to see James Spedding's fabulous hand-forged metalwork at Holkham.
