I won't be fixing this as the same problem doesn't appear to be happening with actual artist pages that the public see. Kat Wheeler is a studio potter working in coastal North Norfolk. Working as a potter for more than 20 years, her work is high fired, functional stoneware and raku, fired in oxidation and reduction. She takes her inspiration from the British Studio Potters of the early 20th Century. Her passion is for the rich history embedded in traditional pottery that resonates with the past while embracing the boundless possibilities of the future. Relying on the natural beauty of the clay to shine alongside glazes that are predominantly a natural palette, reflecting the landscape in and around the Norfolk Coast and countryside where she works. Her work is always evolving and while she maintains some regular styles and forms she prefers to work experimentally, producing work that is new and exciting. She pays homage to more traditional methods of pottery such as pulled handles and simple, natural glazes which she makes herself.
