My background is in education and teaching art in primary schools. I have a B Ed Hons from Kingston University, which featured art and design as part of that course.
Since moving to Norfolk, I have taken part in Open Studios over a number of years and exhibited at several galleries and exhibitions.
My paintings in watercolour, on silk and other media, evolved from a variety of sources. Some inspired by vibrant colours in landscape and seascape, whilst others stem from close observation of natural forms, especially trees, flowers and insects.
