Living in Norfolk, close to the sea,I am greatly influenced by the ever changing, expansive skies,the evocative motion of the sea, the ever shifting sand and the seabirds freedom of flight. Coastal tactile elements guide my approach to a piece of work, which I interpret as an emotional response either through abstract or a purer form developing and using texture and a variety of mixed media.
As well as my large canvases I use driftwood and foraged wood to make one off sculptures, wall plaques, fairy houses and fairy lamps. I also make limited edition sea based jewellery.
I have limited edition cards of my work and a huge selection of hand painted individual cards suitable to frame.

My other passion is bold very colourful abstracts… and they are not all blue!
