Chris had no formal art training although he excelled at art and technical drawing at his high school in Romford Essex. Moving to Norfolk in 1991 to run his own Newsagents shop and Post Office. After 10 years he sold the business to pursue his love of glass crafting and he taught his craft locally. As a qualified adult education tutor, he has many students who have taken up this fascinating and rewarding craft all producing excellent work. some regularly exhibit and sell their work. Chris has exhibited with The National Trust and other private Gardens. He also exhibits and sells twice a year at his home and garden studio.
He and his 2012 students have installed a window frieze at Upper Sheringham Village Hall and this year have been commissioned to build a window panel.
Each mark the Diamond Jubilee, Platinum Jubilee and also celebrate the life of our late Queen Elizabeth II. Our longest reigning Monarch to this day.
