Whoops! We have a problem

It appears that there is more than one person using this email address - not quite sure why that might be.

Could you send Nick White a message at 26tqbfjotld@gmail.com with your name and email address and he will look into it.

Ta.

North Norfolk Open Studios
Application Form

Once you have entered your email address below and pressed ‘Start’ you can have a look through the form by using the ‘Back’ and ’Next’ buttons, alternatively you can just plough straight through it. It is not particularly demanding and there are notes along the way to help you.

You can save your information as you go along and come back to this page later. Just pop your email addess in again and everything will still be there. Nothing is set in stone until you press the ‘Send Application’ button at the end (and even then you will be able to update your information from within the members’ area)..

If you really run into difficulties and don't have a teenager on hand to put you straight then contact apprentice spanner-man, Jeremy Bevan, at info@jeremybevanartist.co.uk but please have a good go at sorting it out first - and remember 'Google is your friend'.

A few bits of guidance before you start:

Do not use your browser's 'Back' or 'Forward' buttons. Just use the navigation at the top and bottom of each page. (This is really just one page split into sections  that remain hidden until you need them).

PLEASE DO NOT PUT ALL THE INFORMATION IN  CAPITALS!!!

If you don't need  to put anything in one of the optional boxes, leave it blank - do not put n/a or not applicable.

If you receive an error message when you press the final 'Send Application' button just go back using the back buttons on the page, make your corrections then try sending the application again.

The cost of participating in the Open Studios event in 2024 is £80.00. If you are joining us for the first time, you are required to pay an additional £1 lifetime membership fee. All details of how to pay are on the final page and will also be sent to you in an email.

The closing date for receiving applications is midnight on Saturday 20th January 2024

Studio Opening Details - REQUIRED INFORMATION

North Norfolk Studios expect your hours to be 10:00am - 5:00pm as a minimum on each day that you are open to provide consistency for our visitors. We would also expect you to open for both weekends as that is when visitor volume is at its highest.

(Obviously studios may need to close in exceptional circumstances at short notice and we ask that appropriate signage is left for disappointed visitors both on your gate and on the website - if you are confident to access the appropriate webpage within the members area.)

Your images:
Note: the smaller your image size, the faster they will load.
Ideally they will be a maximum of 1500 pixels on the longest side but no less than 600 pixels. Jpegs can be compressed and 60% compression is absolutely fine. Try to get them between 300kb and 1mb . If that all sounds like gobbledegook, no worries, just have a look at the video link below showing how to use an online tool to resize your images. (BTW if you are going to use the facility on an iPad, hold it horizontally otherwise stuff gets hidden).

This is where you upload the images that will appear in the gallery on your artist page. You can display up to 16 images and you can either upload them all at once or in stages. The first image will be the one that appears in the brochure. You will be able to set this on this page once you have uploaded your pictures, or later in the members area.(up until the brochure is finalised for print).

The maximum size for individual images is 2mb. You can resize your images using an online tool at https://www.befunky.com/features/resize-image/ and an explanation of how to do it at: https://www.befunky.com/learn/resize-image/ or you can watch a video I made showing how to do it here:  https://youtu.be/FWglNpQ5NVo.

Ideally images are jpeg or PNG (this means they will have either .jpg, .jpeg, .jpe or .png at the end of the filename, but you can also use files with the following extensions so long as they are no large than 2mb: JFIF, BMP, HEIC, HEIF, WEBP

These are the images that will appear in the gallery on your artist page. The first image is the one that will appear in the brochure (you will be able to change this up until the cut-off point when the brochure is finalised for print).

You currently have the maximum of 16 images uploaded. If you wish you can remove some or all of the images and add new ones You can add more by using the upload button below (adding several at once or individually if that is easier). There is a short delay when you carry out any of these operations while images are saved to the database and the display is refreshed.
